Her background spans critical care, dialysis, infection control, and leadership in both hospital and outpatient settings across the U.S., U.K., and the Philippines.
As a certified Aesthetic Nurse and the founder of her own aesthetic practice, Irene specializes in advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation, PRP/PRF therapy, IV hydration, and body contouring. Her approach is rooted in safety, evidence-based care, personalized treatment plans, and a deep commitment to natural, confidence-boosting results from the inside out.
In addition to hands-on expertise, Irene has led nursing teams in acute care and medical aesthetics, led process improvements, and developed protocols that improved patient care outcomes and operational efficiency, and trained staff in IV therapy, injectables, and skin rejuvenation protocols. His background spans multiple healthcare systems in the U.S. and U.K., including leadership roles in ICU and PACU, clinical education, and home health case management. In recent years, Lachman has focused his practice on aesthetic medicine, offering advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP/PRF, IV therapy, and mesotherapy. Katherine Yan, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ikontura, brings over 20 years of accounting expertise to the spa’s operations. With a strong background in financial management, including her role in overseeing IV hydration therapy services for the past two and a half years, Katherine ensures that Ikontura runs smoothly both financially and operationally. She is responsible for managing financial transactions, client scheduling, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Her attention to detail, combined with a passion for wellness, drives her commitment to creating a seamless, client-focused experience. Katherine’s leadership in financial strategy and operational efficiency allows Ikontura to thrive while providing exceptional wellness services that exceed client expectations.
As a co-founder of Ikontura, Jhomaper Yan brings a wealth of experience in patient care, medical imaging, and healthcare operations. His expertise in patient education, confidentiality, and medical records management plays a pivotal role in shaping how Ikontura delivers personalized, high-quality treatments that prioritize wellness and well-being.
In his role as Office Manager, Jhomaper oversees the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Dr. Justin Rome, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence in aesthetic procedures. Completing his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the renowned Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, in 2014, Dr. Rome swiftly established a private practice in Beverly Hills. Here, he showcased his surgical prowess in traditional facial plastic surgeries, including blepharoplasties and facelifts, along with advanced liposuction techniques like BodyJet and MicroAire.
Notably, Dr. Rome's skill set extends to injectables such as toxins and fillers, and he was an early adopter of Robotic Hair Restoration, gaining recognition in the competitive Los Angeles market. His success led him to found the innovative concept Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), which seamlessly blends traditional barber services with modern medical aesthetics. Dr. Rome's venture expanded to New York City in 2019, showcasing his prominence in the industry.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rome demonstrated resilience by pivoting to the development of a cutting-edge telehealth platform. This platform, set to launch in 37 states, is a direct-to-consumer subscription web app enabling patients to purchase compounded medications with asynchronous doctor approval in the backend. BSG, under Dr. Rome's leadership, has grown to accommodate 20,000 patients and 800 subscribers for their compounds.
